Danasia Inc. Installs New FACT ERP System

On May 17, 2010, Danasia Inc. installed the new business software called FACT ERP system.

FACT ERP system is a real-time/online system.  It is an integrated system which consists of Purchase Module, Accounts Payable, Sales Module, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management & Monitoring Module, Cash Management Module and General Ledger Module. Each module is tightly integrated with the other modules.

FACT also provides document generation such as Sales Invoice, Check Voucher, Purchase Order, to name a few, which are all customizable on forms.  It also has a multi-currency features which provide easier transaction monitoring in different currencies.

Aside from it standard reports, it also generates for management information system (MIS) reports which can all be viewed, exported in excel, word or other familiar application, that we use.  Its 'Cockpit' or ‘Dashboard' provides excellent on-line information on all sections of the company operations which includes financial highlights, sales and customers' analysis, receivable, payables, inventory and other relevant information.
